Step 1: Download the template (already filled with all customer names & phone numbers)

Step 2: Only fill the CURR column → Save → Upload

Instructions for field officers:

  • Open the downloaded file
  • Go to the meter → enter only the CURR (current reading) number
  • Leave all other columns blank
  • Save and give the file back (or upload yourself)

Your system will automatically calculate consumption, balance, and generate bills.
